Who is MiB Clothing?

MiB Clothing was founded with a single mission: to provide
fashionable, extraordinary clothes for the plus-size woman. In a world where
fast fashion often overlooks your needs, we are here to change that. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, well-fitting, and stylish clothing that makes you feel good both inside and out. For over 40 years we've designed clothes exclusively for YOU!

What makes MiB Clothing different?

At MiB Clothing, we believe in doing things the right way.
Unlike fast fashion brands, we stand for quality, ethical practices, and true
representation. Here's what sets us apart:

Exclusive designs: All of our clothing is designed with the plus-size woman in
mind, using our own specifications and patterns.

True plus-size models: We use only plus-size models in our fit and advertising to ensure our clothing is represented accurately.

Quality & sustainability: We prioritize using high-quality materials, fair labor practices, and environmentally conscious vendors.

What size range do you offer?

We offer a wide range of sizes specifically designed for the
plus-size woman, with a focus on providing clothes that fit well, look great,
and support your confidence. Our current size range includes 3X to 6X, and we’re constantly working to expand based on your feedback. While we don’t
currently offer 1X and 2X, we’re excited to announce that we’ll soon be
bringing back 7X and 8X, starting with our new collection of underwear in the
next few weeks. Additional options will be available within the next three
months. We're also exploring the return of petite pants soon!

How do I know what size to order?

We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential! Our sizing is based on true plus-size measurements, and we provide a detailed size chart on each product page to guide you. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend checking the fit information for each specific item, as styles may vary slightly.



Are your clothes available in stores?

Currently, MiB Clothing is available exclusively online. We believe this allows us to maintain the best possible fit and quality at a more accessible price point for our customers. You can shop our full collection right here on our website!

What if the item I want is sold out?

We know how frustrating it can be when something you love is out of stock! We recommend signing up for our newsletter to stay updated on restocks and new arrivals. You can also follow us on social media for real-time updates on product availability.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's our simple return policy:

Returns Policy

Returns:

  1. You can return items within 30 days of the shipped date.
  2. Returns must be unwashed, unworn, and in resale condition.
  3. All merchandise is subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.

Return Shipping:

  1. We offer a flat-rate return shipping fee of $9.00. The cost will be deducted from your return amount.
  2. If you prefer to ship the item yourself, you can send it directly to:

    We recommend tracking your return to ensure it is received.

Return Label Option:

  1. For your convenience, you can purchase a return label for $1.98 at the time of checkout. If you choose this option, we'll send you a prepaid return label, and your return shipping will be completely free!

Refunds:

  1. Please note that outgoing shipping charges are not refundable.

How do I take care of my MiB Clothing items?

We recommend following the care instructions on each item’s label to ensure the longevity of your clothing. Our products are made with high-quality fabrics, made to last. Taking good care of your items will keep them looking fabulous for longer!

Do you offer gift cards?

No, currently we do not offer gift cards.

Are your clothes ethically made?

Absolutely! We carefully select our vendors to ensure they meet fair labor standards and use materials that are both sustainable and of the highest quality. We believe that great fashion can also be great for the
planet and the people who make it.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we can ship to Canada. We are exploring the possibility of expanding our shipping options to other countries. Stay tuned for updates as we work on this!

Please note that for all returns from international orders, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please provide us with an image of the return label or a tracking number. You may return items within 30 days of the shipped date, provided that the merchandise is unwashed, unworn, and in resale condition. All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.
