Refund policy

Returns:

1. You can return items within 30 days of the shipping date.
2. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in resaleable condition. Returns are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.
3. Outgoing shipping charges are non-refundable.

Free Return Option for $1.98:

For your convenience, you can purchase a return label for just $1.98 at the time of checkout. If you select this option, we’ll send you a prepaid return label, making your return shipping completely free!

International Shipping

Currently, we can ship to Canada. Please note that for all returns from international orders, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please provide us with an image of the return label or a tracking number. You may return items within 30 days of the shipped date, provided that the merchandise is unwashed, unworn, and in resale condition. All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed. Currently, we are exploring the possibility of expanding our shipping options to other countries. Stay tuned for updates as we work on this!

Other Return Shipping Options:

1. If you did not purchase the prepaid return option, we offer a flat rate return shipping fee of $9.00. The $9.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.
