Shipping policy

Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.

International Shipping: 

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales) and New Zealand. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Note: International customers are responsible for paying any and all import tariffs, duties, taxes, and fees associated with their purchase. On all return orders, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order? 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@mibclothing.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
