Welcome to MiB Clothing, brought to you by Making It Big, Inc.—where fashion meets comfort, style, and exceptional quality, designed exclusively for the plus-size woman.

For many of our customers, Making It Big has always been more than a clothing company. It's a brand they trusted for beautifully made, comfortable clothing in natural fabrics that stood the test of time.

Our family proudly owned and operated Making It Big for 17 years, helping thousands of women find clothing that made them feel comfortable and confident. After selling the company, we never imagined we'd have the chance to return. When that opportunity came, we were honored to continue the legacy of a brand we love and once again serve the plus-size community that has meant so much to us.

Today, we're building on that legacy with the same commitment to quality, fit, and timeless style that longtime customers remember. While our collection is more focused than it was in the past, every piece is thoughtfully selected with comfort, versatility, and exceptional value in mind.

We continue to emphasize natural fibers such as cotton, linen, rayon, and gauze. Every garment is ethically made, and whenever possible, proudly manufactured in the USA.

MiB Clothing exists to empower plus-size women through beautifully made, flattering, and lasting fashion. In a world where fast fashion often overlooks real bodies and real needs, we're committed to doing things differently—with thoughtfully designed clothing, exceptional customer service, ethical manufacturing, and a focus on natural fibers whenever possible.

We believe every woman deserves clothing that helps her feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful.

 

The Relaunch: Honoring the Past, Embracing the Future

We started this journey by bringing back the 10 most popular MiB styles in the sizes and colors you love most. Thanks to your incredible support, our first collection back was a hit! We’re now offering dozens of thoughtfully made pieces and adding more every month, all produced in small batches so we can stay responsive to your needs.

We’ve heard your requests loud and clear: for crinkle cotton pants, breathable rayon tops, classic tunics, petite lengths, and signature batik prints. We're actively working to restock favorites and expand our line. “I hope you are considering going back to that original, amazing design ethic,” wrote J.L. “I STILL have pieces that get compliments decades later.”
