How to Place a Free Exchange

At MiB Clothing, we make exchanges simple and flexible. You can start any exchange through our Loop Returns portal — just have your order number handy (it begins with “MIB”).

We offer two types of exchanges, and the process differs slightly depending on whether you purchased the $1.98 Return Option at checkout.

If You Did NOT Purchase the $1.98 Return Option

You can still exchange items easily through Loop Returns.
When you start your exchange, you’ll see two choices:

  1. Instant Exchange
    • Your new item ships the next day.
    • You’ll enter your credit card details during checkout, and a temporary hold will be placed for $1 or the total value of the return items.
    • This hold is released once your return is marked “in-transit.”
    • If your return isn’t on its way within the return window, the full amount will be charged.
    • You’ll receive reminder emails to keep you on track.
  2. Regular Exchange
    • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the returned item(s).
    • No credit card information is needed for this option.

For future orders, you can choose one of the following return options:

  • Prepaid Return Label ($1.98) – Buy this option at checkout to receive a prepaid label for free returns on your entire order.
  • Flat-Rate Return Fee ($9.00) – If you didn’t purchase the prepaid option, a flat $9.00 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Use Your Own Shipping – Send your return to:

    (We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.)

If You Purchased the $1.98 Return Option

You can enjoy free returns and exchanges for your entire order.

  1. Instant Exchange
    • Your new item ships out the next day.
    • You’ll enter your credit card information, and a temporary $1 (or order value) hold will be placed for 7 days.
    • If the return isn’t “in-transit” within the return window, the hold converts to a charge.
    • Reminder emails will help ensure your return is processed on time.
  2. Regular Exchange
    • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your returned item(s).
    • No credit card is required for this option.
